Social Awareness Campaign.
A poster with the goal of tackling a social problem: women’s harassment and catcalling on the street.
For my GRDS 201 class at SCAD in February ‘23, my first assignment was to create a process book, documenting my research, work-in-progress, and final iteration of a poster that tackles a social issue. I chose to take a stand against catcalling.

Conclusion.
This project allowed me to explore the power of visual communication in addressing sensitive social issues. Through bold imagery and concise messaging, I aimed to challenge the normalization of catcalling and encourage respectful public interactions. It reinforced my belief that design can be a catalyst for awareness, empathy, and meaningful change.
